trophygoldA big thank you to our (fluff) Friends. All of you are awesome and have been giving us great feedback. We have some new features based on the feedback and they  just went live!

Check them out:
- Gifting: Now, you can view the wishlist of the Friend you are gifting to.
- Pro Shop: Race Pro Shop is now visible in a new fourth tab in the “Racing” section
- Visiting (fluff) books: Designed a clear indication when the User can visit a User’s (fluff)Book and their Facebook Profile Page
- Buy to your (fluff) heart’s content! We added a ‘Pay’ Button that will complete every transaction on the page for all the Shop Pages.
- Added information when Other Users Gift or Pet your (fluff)Friend with their name
We’re not done yet! Look forward to more great changes coming soon–including COLOR options. Keep the feedback coming. We are listening and implementing them as fast as we can. Thanks for all your support and patience fellow (fluff) Friends!

Could you please tell me why the wishlist is only visible on facebook friends pages and not on all pages? Why would you change something for the better and not make it available to all? This is really quite upsetting and I do not understand it, please explainl. June 14, 2010. Thank you

I have another request for you – Please please please can we do away with the teal border around the artwork? Many times we create artwork that does not use the entire space or entails using white lines or the white habitat to block off part of the habitat … the effect is completely ruined by the teal border as no our artwork doesn’t float where we had intended it to. I’ll try to go find you an example. But please please please remove the teal border.

This isn’t the best example but you can kind of see what I mean … http://apps.facebook.com/fluff/art.php?id=593771338&pid=1236955007

    Dear SGN,

Thank you for the newest enhancements. Specifically, thank you for listening to your customers’ feedback and implementing our ideas for the application. Keep up the great work!

    Regards,
    Kat

@Cindee we are placing the wishlist in the most relevant places. For example, your (fluff)book and gifting screen.

@Margaret: We are currently working on offering new colors and different border options (i.e. white for an invisible border :) ). Thanks for your patience while we work on this for all of you!

  6. SGN says:

@Kat: Thanks so much! We love (fluff) Friends and have such a great community! We appreciate everyones’ patience and support as we continue work quickly to make (fluff) Friends more enjoyable for all.

About the coming added color options… Does this include a redesign of the whole interface? I think many of us don’t so much mind the colors, but rather the fact that there’s so much of it. I like the blue, I like the orange, I like the combination of the two, but they completely overwhelm the page, you can barely notice the habitat. There are too many unnecessary borders (there are actually THREE borders around the habitat!), too many colorful tabs. It no longer seems like the pet is the center of the page, the UI draws too much attention. I think if there was just less color overall, people wouldn’t mind the blue and orange nearly as much.
I’m really hoping you’re not just adding more color options and leaving everything else the same. Are you? >_>

Oh, and any chance you could get rid of the yellow bar at the top of the page? At least for those who have already bookmarked the app and ‘liked’ the app’s page? It’s not all that useful and it causes many laptop users to have to scroll down to even see the entire pet’s habitat, let alone get to the pet button. Would make my fluff life easier, thanks :)

  8. SGN says:

@Manca: Soon we will be offering users different color and border options. This includes the option to have a “white border/invisible border.” We will not be making any drastic changes to the new UI but are enhancing it according to the changes requested by our users.

And, YES we CAN get rid of the yellow bar at the top of the page! Great suggestion. It has been added to our list and will let you know when it goes live. Thanks again! :)

The anonymous and private giftings have not been totally fixed yet. No doubt instead of listing the name, it’s listed as “Anonymous” or “Private”, but when you click on the gift image, you are brought to the fluff page of the giver so you can still find out who’s the anonymous gifter and people still know who has gifted privately. I urge the developers to test out the fixes thoroughly before rolling them out. June 18, 2010. Will this be fixed soon? Thank you.

  10. SGN says:

@Cindee: Yes, this will be fixed soon, we are working on it right now! When it is done, we will announce it :) Thanks!

  11. Kathlee Gulbransen says:

Please move the pet/fee/gift/race buttons back where they were before you screwed the UI up…under the pet info in the upper right corner….please please please!
Please give us back the racing stats that we had before you deleted them with the new UI…please please please!
Please fix the art galleries, public and personal, like it was with the old UI, where we had a full page of art pieces and not just one..please, please, please!
PLEASE GET RID OF THE BULKY BORDER OF CUTENESS! It takes up too much space and doesn’t add anything but loading time to the app.

  12. SGN says:

@Kathlee: we are working on it! The art galleries are now fixed. More enhancements are coming (including improvements to racing). Thanks!

  13. Kathlee Gulbransen says:

You fixed the Art Galleries? How? I see no change at all, still only one piece at a time, still little minis at the bottom of the page, still a little mini piece of art on the home page…What is different? What part of MORE THAN ONE piece on a page, like the OLD UI don’t you get?
The way SGN has art configured is pitiful and painful and useless…more clicking and scrolling.
