Its a (fluff) friends housewarming! Sharkee, (chocolate) Poni, Uniko, Pengi, and the rest of the (fluff)Friends are excited to show you their newly redecorated (fluff) home.
Unveiled yesterday, the new (fluff) friends User Interface is brighter, bolder and allows for easier interactions between (fluff) owners and their (fluff) pets.
We understand that it may take some time getting used to their new home, but change is good, especially when its so cute.
We appreciate all the feedback we have received so far. All comments and questions are currently being organized so that we can work on the highest priority features, then move to the other feature requests we have seen.
As we are working on this your support and comments are welcomed and greatly appreciated.
For those who have questions regarding the New Application please come to the forums and ask questions. Our (fluff) moderators are happy to help you.

We have been working non-stop in organizing all your feedback so we can create a beautiful and engaging application. Please rest assured that each one of your comments on the blog have been read and noted. We are quickly working on implementing your suggestions and appreciate your support and patience in the mean time.
These are the latest enhancements we have made to the game:
- Petting pop-up now displays your recent petters! Return the love easier!
- Petting pop-up now goes away by itself.
- Your (fluff)Moods have been fixed and you should be seeing smiley faces
- Some corrupt images have been taken care of.

@Cecilia THAM: At the moment our QA cannot reproduce this issue. We are working on narrowing down the issue. Please stay posted for updates.
Though there are still many technical problems face at Fluff page, however, now I am able to make multiple purchases, instead of having to pay for one item at a time. This is improvement, thanks !!

Racing Freeze: when you click to race someone, the page will freeze if both the “you’ve won xx number of races” AND the “this race is too easy” windows both pop up
Is there any estimate to when the Seed activity will take place?
@Gramma Joy: please tell us more about the Internet Provider you have so we can better troubleshoot the Race Freeze and find a solution for you!
I am using Safari on a Mac – the only time it happens is when the two popups occur simultaneously – the “you have won xx for xxx races” is showing and cannot be clicked off. When I re-enter the page, then the “the race is too slow” popup is showing and can be clicked off.
Just when I thought I can finally enjoy Fluff Friends, the page begin to hang, no $$ earned after visting another pet, and is very slow in loading….
I still cannot enjoy Fluff Friends as I used to.
@Cecilia: we made some improvements and fixed some bugs. Please let us know if you are still having any problems with $$ being earned, etc and let us know which browser you are using so we can troubleshoot the problem for you. Thanks!

Thank you, the Safari shop is now working well with Safari for me – now if the racing issue with the frozen popups can also be resolved, I think there’s smooth sailing for us Mac users

For the past two (2) days, I am unable to earn $$ when I pet another Pet.
At one point, I am unable to feed another’s Pet.
Pls rectify this problem as soon as possible, if not, I really cannot go on with Fluff Friends anymore !!

Did my plea for help falls on deaf ears ? It has been three (3) days now and I am not able to enjoy Fluff Friends. What is going on ?? Is SGN shutting down this website ??

Facebookâs AJAX feature which we use for Petting and
Feeding is currently broken. They have acknowledge it

I have always wanted to feedback my unhappiness regarding the new UI, but I do not mean to be rude or demanding.
If not for Fluff Friends,I might have de-register my FaceBook account,as I am not an active user at FaceBook.All my FB friends are my ex school mates or colleagues. I really do not need FB to interact with them. I really, really enjoy spending time at Fluff. My job requires some amount of travelling, Fluff helps me de-stress.
BUT the last 3-days have been a stressful one – not able to pet and feed my own Pet AND worrying what will happen to my account.
I miss the old Fluff layout, where there was hardly any technical problems.
I pity those people who have been playing Fluff Friends for a number of years, using real money or credit card to purchase items on the website. I do not use real money, or credit card. I earn my $$ by visiting and petting others Pets and racing. The last 1.5 yrs had been very enjoyable & fruitful, making friends and trading items among us.
BUT I am not sure now….. ?????

We understand that many of our users have been unhappy with the new UI, this is why we are taking all feedback, logging it, and making the changes. So far, we have received a lot of positive feedback and people are liking the changes we are making. We still have a lot in store, so please be patient!
Regarding the last 3 days–you aren’t the only one having trouble petting/getting munny and we have pinpointed this problem as a Facebook problem (see above). They have admitted it and if they don’t have a fix for it…we will (we are working on it right now).
Nothing will happen to your account, (fluff) Friends is here to stay. Thanks so much for your patience and feedback.

Anyway, I still would like to feedback that it baffles many, many of us why does SGN make such drastic changes to Fluff Friends in the first place ??????
is there any way, in the LE shop, to be taken back to where you were, after you buy or sell something? I find it really time-consuming to have to start “from scratch” again when I want to buy a second object, or want to continue shopping. I’d much prefer to be re-deposited where I had been at the point of purchase

this comes with a giant PLEASE – and it’s especially important before the next event.
It is enormously annoying to have to scroll down the page a fraction of an inch in order to pet someone – if you think of how many pages we visit every single day, you can see how many times that happens. I see people advising how to use programs to remove part of the top of your graphics, but I think it makes more sense to have you consider what changes you could make.
I know you want the “like” and 5 star review to be prominent and won’t suggest moving that , although once we’ve done it, it’s completely useless to us. So, the next easiest thing to adjust would be the blue line that says “fluffbook” and narrow the white just below it – that might be adequate to pull up the “pet” tab so it’s accessible immediately.
I sincerely hope you’ll see if there’s anything you are willing to do to help with this issue – it’s being discussed frequently, and I really hate to use outside programs to change a page. This may seem inconsequential, but for frequent petters it’s an important functional nuisance. Thank you for at least considering it …
